ouch. hip pain AGAIN!!! even after 1 whole week of rest and gorging on pineapple tarts. BTW pineapple tarts are BAD for you... and i mean REALLY bad... notice it isnt included in the major food groups?

anyway... anyone wants to throw?? banana??? throws are cutting grass more than spinning... sucks sucks sucks...
